When I try to use the password reset link you gave me, it says, "reset password token is invalid." What do I do?

 

The reset password is good for six hours, so it is possible that the link has simply expired. You will need a new password link. You can ask support desk to send you one or can click Forgot Password underneath the login popup on the homepage. When you ask for a password reset link, remember to keep checking your inbox so that it does not expire again. Good luck!
