Will my subscription(s) auto-renew?

Yes. Bold School membership plans auto-renew upon completion of their term of service. You will be sent an email prior to auto-renewal.

If you do not wish to continue with a Bold School membership, please contact our support desk for assistance. Our email address is support@boldschool.com  We require 48 hours notice prior to the renewal date to guarantee cancelation prior to auto-renewal. It is up to the purchaser to inform us of the intention to cancel within this time frame. Once a membership has been renewed, Bold School will not offer a refund of this renewal fee.
