Is it possible to suspend my membership for a month?

For anyone who is paying for their membership on a monthly basis, it is possible to request a temporary suspension of your account for a month.

If you purchased at the full price, we will happily suspend your account for up to three months. You may also take advantage of this on more than one occasion. 

If you purchased your monthly membership through a special offer at a discounted price, you are able to suspend your membership for one month. This is a one-time only offer. 

If you do decide to suspend your account, simply contact our Support Desk with your request. Support will happily take care of this for you. 

At this time, it is not possible to suspend an annual membership.
