What is your Satisfaction Guarantee policy?

At Bold School, we offer a one-week (seven-day) satisfaction guarantee policy with our annual memberships. You can try any course, and if it does not suit you, we will refund you in full. Please be aware, it may take up to five business days for the money to be returned to your accounts. The monthly plans do not include this seven-day guarantee.
