At Bold School, we have created a system where there are no deadlines with our classwork. This allows our students to complete their courses at the rate which works best for them. Therefore, it is up to the student to get the most value from their purchase. We do not offer refunds based on low-level use of our programs.
However, we also do understand that life gets complicated, and the unexpected happens. If you have not been able to participate in the membership you have purchased, do contact Support Desk. Each individual request will be considered under compassionate grounds.
